UEFA suspend Knutsen and Nuno Santos

UEFA have confirmed that Bodø/Glimt boss Kjetil Knutsen and Roma goalkeeper coach Nuno Santos have been suspended until an investigation is conducted. The pair allegedly came to blows after their 1-1 draw last week, leading to UEFA taking action:

FK Bodø/Glimt head coach, Mr. Kjetil Knutsen, and AS Roma goalkeeper coach, Mr. Nuno Santos, are provisionally suspended for the next UEFA club competition matches.

They’ll be suspended until the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body decides on the merits of the case, in accordance with Article 49 of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations (DR), for prima facie violations of Articles 11(2)(b) and 15(1)(g) DR.”
