Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku was recorded speaking with a fan in Belgium and conceded that his potential transfer to Juventus is unlikely to happen. The 30-year-old has been linked with a move to Turin in recent weeks, which earned him the wrath of Inter supporters and the club alike, given their ongoing negotiations to sign him.
The Nerazzurri have since confirmed they have withdrawn from talks with Chelsea as they have no intention of signing Lukaku this summer. Juventus reportedly remain the likeliest destination for the stiker, but the suggestion is that his move would be contingent on Dusan Vlahovic being sold this summer.
Lukaku was recorded speaking with a fan in Belgium yesterday, with the fan requesting that if he does move to the Bianconeri, Lukaku should never say ‘Forza Juve’.
The Belgian striker responded, saying ‘No, no, never…I don’t think a deal will get done’.
