Inter Milan appear to be taking considerable strides to ward off clubs circling for his services, with the teenager set to be included in their Club World Cup squad.
Amid financial turmoil where Inter Milan have been accused of creating fictitious sponsorship revenue, the club will more than likely have a preference to promote from within this summer.
Despite withdrawing from Italy’s U21 Euros squad this summer with a knee injury, Esposito is expected to be named in the Inter squad travelling to the US this month.
