The latest Milan contract news has revealed that Fikayo Tomori and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are set to be offered new terms.
Having made a bright start to the 2025-26 season under Max Allegri, the English duo are in line to be rewarded for their efforts.
Both players were earmarked for a San Siro exit in the summer. However, the former Chelsea players have provided a stunning turnaround and cemented their place as first team regulars.
Milan Contract News
With a new Christian Pulisic contract at Milan being mooted last month, the Rossoneri are set to offer new and improved terms to Fikayo Tomori and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
Tying the trio down is one of the Serie A giants main priorities over the coming months. Pulisic is one of the club’s finest players and has been a huge success in Italy.
And where Tomori and Loftus-Cheek are concerned, their improved performances have not gone unnoticed. According to Calciomercato, the Diavolo want to extend their stays beyond 2027.
The general feeling around the San Siro is that the English pair will pen new terms. There is no indication that Pulisic won’t follow suit but the USMNT forward will want to be paid on par with the club’s top earners.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek’s England Recall
Earlier this month, Ruben Loftus-Cheek was called up to the England squad. He replaced the injured Adam Wharton for the WCQ’s against Andorra and Serbia.
That in itself shows how much the midfielder has improved in recent times. Although contract talks are preliminary at this stage, he and Fikayo Tomori are set to finalize their new terms at the end of the season.
The reasoning behind that is due to Milan wanting to fully assess the pair before moving forward with their entourages. But as it stands, the pair are on track to pen new deals.
Loftus-Cheek is a strong contender to be called up to the Three Lions roster once again for October’s fixtures. So to is Tomori – whose last appearance came back in 2023.
Fikayo Tomori And Ruben Loftus-Cheek Milan Stats
Since making his €29million switch from Chelsea in 2021, Fikayo Tomori has found a new lease of life at Milan. He was part of the side who won the Scudetto in 2021-22 and also won the 2024-2025 Supercoppa Italiana.
Overall for the Rossoneri, Tomori has made 181 appearances in all competitions. The center-back has netted seven goals, provided four assists and kept 33 clean sheets.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek has very much revitalized his career in Italy. The midfield ace moved to the San Siro in 2023 and has contributed 11 goals and three assists in 72 appearances.
He is already off the mark this season. Loftus-Cheek netted in the 2-0 win over Lecce on MD2 and he’ll be expected to start in an attacking role against Udinese on September 20.
