A report from Tuttosport suggests Juventus coach Max Allegri wants to keep French midfielder Adrien Rabiot at the club. The 27-year-old has a contract with the Old Lady until June 2023, but talks on a new deal have failed to materialise with Rabiot having declared that he would like to play in the Premier League some day.

Turin based Tuttosport claim that Juventus are expecting a bid for the player in January as teams may not wish to participate in an auction for his services in the months leading up to the summer transfer window.

The report also suggests that Allegri has ‘put up a wall’ around the Frenchman as he wants to negotiate a new deal with the player in the remaining time, in the hopes of agreeing a contract extension.

Juventus are also expecting to find a replacement for Juan Cuadrado in the January window with Atalanta’s Maehle at the top of the wish list with Karsdorp as a last-minute alternative.

The Bianconeri are also considering the sale of Luca Pellegrini to Lazio in an effort to bring the two clubs together to also potentially discuss Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
