USMNT Star Provides Insight Into Christian Pulisic Making A Summer Switch To Manchester United

Giovanni Reyna has provided an insight into the rumors surrounding Christian Pulisic as the AC Milan star attracts interest from Manchester United.

Christian Pulisic has been one of the standout players in Serie A this season and his performances have caught the attention of Premier League giants – Manchester United.

The USMNT star came into the 2025/26 campaign with huge momentum after registering 29 goal involvements across all competitions last season and Pulisic is on course to beat that tally.

After making 17 appearances across all competitions this season, the Milan star has contributed to 12 goals and has established himself as one of Europe’s top players.

Massimiliano Allegri has made a strong start to his second-spell in Milan, as the Rossoneri sit second in Serie A and just three-points behind their fierce rivals Inter.

This strong start has been slightly tainted by Milan’s record against the bottom half of the table, as their 1-1 draw with Genoa on January eighth was the fifth time that Allegri’s side have dropped points against teams in the lower section of the table.

The only thing that could impact Milan’s chances of winning the title more is losing Christian Pulisic and this could become a reality after rumors over interest from Manchester United.

Pulisic’s international teammate, Giovanni Reyna, was asked about the possibility and the USMNT player provided an insight into the rumors.

Reyna said: “I’m sure he’ll make the best decision for himself. It’s none of my business. I was not aware of this interest but I am convinced that he will do the right thing.

“At Milan, however, he is flying. I just hope he continues to play well and arrive in the best condition for the World Cup because we will need him.”

The Rossoneri have been in talks with Pulisic over an extended deal for multiple months now and United’s interest could force the club into a huge offer.

AC Milan To Offer Pulisic Huge Deal

Pulisic joined the Rossoneri in July 2023 after a difficult spell with Chelsea and his contract in Italy is set to expire at the end of next season.

This means Pulisic will be able to enter pre-contract negotiations at the start of 2027 and Milan are at risk of losing their star man for free.

Extending the contracts of current players has become somewhat of a priority for the Rossoneri, as Milan recently handed Mike Maignan a new deal after months of tricky negotiations.

Pulisic will be the next player on Milan’s list and the USMNT star is reportedly seeking a substantial pay-rise as he is outside the top five highest paid players at the club.

According to reports, Adrien Rabiot and Christopher Nkunku are the biggest-earners at the club after signing in the summer (€9.2million per year) and Pulisic is looking to get close to this number.

The USMNT star may also be looking for redemption in England after a disappointing run with Chelsea and Milan will need to make a tempting offer to fend off the Red Devils.
