Adrien Rabiot to leave Juventus

Adrien Rabiot has informed Juventus that he wishes to leave the club this summer and wants a move to the Premier League. The French midfielder has a year left on his contract with the Turin giants but is set to leave in the months ahead with England being his likeliest destination.

The Telegraph report that the 27-year-old has ‘made it clear he intends to quit’ Juventus in the transfer window and they have agreed to his request.

Rabiot is reportedly be available for between €15-20 million and would ‘ideally want to play for an English club that has qualified for the Champions League but negotiations are yet to take place.’

The midfielder has a good relationship with Chelsea coach Thomas Tuchel from their time together at Paris Saint-Germain but the Blues are yet to get in contact with the Bianconeri

Rabiot’s representatives reportedly informed Juve as far back as February that he wished to leave the club and they have agreed to the request following talks with his mother/agent Veronique Rabiot.

Reports in Italy have suggested that Newcastle United have contacted Juventus to enquire about Rabiot’s availability but The Telegraph report that is not the case.
