Chiesa to Join Juventus Pre-Season Camp Before Deciding Future

Roma transfer target Federico Chiesa intends to join Juventus’ pre-season camp before making any decisions about his future. The Italian winger wants to put himself at the disposal of new coach Thiago Motta and evaluate his options calmly.

Gianluca Di Marzio reports Chiesa’s immediate plans include getting married on July 20th, after which he plans to join the Juventus training camp. At that point, he will assess the possibilities for his future, including potentially staying with Juventus until his contract expires in June 2025.

Interestingly, Juventus has not offered Chiesa a contract renewal. This leaves the door open for the player to consider offers from other clubs. However, Chiesa is in no rush to make a decision, as he still feels important to the team.

The 26-year-old’s approach demonstrates his commitment to making a well-considered decision about his career. By participating in the pre-season camp, Chiesa will have the opportunity to gauge his role under the new coach and within the team’s plans for the upcoming season.
