Following the Bianconeri’s 1-0 victory over cross-city rivals Torino, it has been revealed that the Juventus shot-stopper Gleison Bremer has suffered a a thigh injury.

According to reports from Italian news outlet Tuttomercato, the Brazilian international underwent several medical examinations earlier today, which confirmed that the 25 year-old sustained a a low-grade injury to the femoral biceps of his left thigh.

As a result, the central defender will be unavailable to feature in any fixtures for the next 20 days after being forced off the field in the 51st minute yesterday in the Derby della Mole.

So far this season, Bremer has played a pivotal role within Allegri’s back-three as the pillar defender made 13 appearances across all competitions since arriving from Torino during the summer transfer window.

With their star defender unable to feature within any first-team action for quite a lengthy period, it remains to be seen how Allegri will cope with these current circumstances.
