AC Milan Finalise Monster Dusan Vlahovic Deal, Italian Broadcaster Claims
Milan are competing with Barcelona for the striker's signature.
AC Milan have ‘finalised’ a deal for Dusan Vlahovic, according to a sensational report in Italy.
AC Milan Make Staggering Dusan Vlahovic Approach
Vlahovic is expected to leave Juventus as a free agent at the end of the season, and his next destination is unclear.
A host of elite clubs are circling, including Spanish giants Barcelona. Milan are also at the front of the queue.
The 25-year-old striker, who has scored an incredible 136 goals in 319 total appearances at club level, looks an ideal fit for Massimiliano Allegri, and a reunion now appears to be a distinct possibility.
Indeed, the rumour mill has been further fuelled by an explosive allegation made this week.
Broadcaster TeleLombardia claimed that Milan have wrapped up a swoop for Vlahovic, who is set to join in July. The claim was made during the QSVS programme, hosted by director Fabio Ravezzani.
Negotiations, it is said, will be finalised by the end of the season, with Vlahovic to put pen to paper on a four-year deal worth €8million (£6.9m) per season, plus bonuses.
There would also be a huge €10m signing bonus for Vlahovic and his camp, fronted by agent Darko Ristic.
Altogether, the deal would be worth €15m gross per year, for a grand total of €70m.
That would make the ace the highest-paid player at Milan, surpassing Rafael Leao, who banks around €7m a year.
Vlahovic currently earns just shy of €12m net at Juventus. However, as of this month, he is free to sign a pre-contract agreement with other clubs, having entered the last six months of his deal.
La notizia clamorosa è di @ruiu19: Vlahovic ha firmato per il Milan. Contratto di 4 anni a 8 mln a stagione più bonus. Arriverà a luglio.

No Confirmation From AC Milan
At present, Milan have neither confirmed nor denied the bombshell rumour.
Barcelona will advance their interest regardless, having been in contact in October. According to Marca, the Blaugrana recently made an official move, with Milan target Robert Lewandowski to leave in June.
Allegri landed the loan signing of Niclas Fullkrug from West Ham to strengthen his frontline this month, but question marks still remain over the No 9 shirt.
The jury is certainly out on Christopher Nkunku, while Santiago Gimenez is poised to leave this year. This leaves superstar duo Christian Pulisic and Leao short of support.
As a result, sporting director Igli Tare was set to make an ‘important’ offer for Vlahovic.
Meanwhile, Nkunku will miss Milan’s meeting with Genoa due to injury. After breathing new life into his career with a brace against Hellas Verona, the forward suffered an ankle problem.
The issue had also ruled him out of the 1-0 victory at Cagliari on January 2.
