What Clubs Did Alessandro Florenzi Play For?
Most recently, Alessandro Florenzi represented Milan before calling time on his career this summer. After the MD1 loss to newly-promoted Cremonese, fans probably wished they could still call upon the 34-year-old.
The Rossoneri’s defeat was slammed by Fabio Capello which came as little surprise. However, Florenzi quit the San Siro after his contract expired in June.
Prior to that, Florenzi represented Milan on loan as well as having temporary stints at PSG, Valencia and Crotone. The versatile full-back spent the bulk of his career at Roma.
Florenzi joined the Giallorossi as an 11-year-old and spent two decades across the youth and first team set up. All in all, he represented the club 280 times and scored 28 goals.
Throughout his entire club career, Florenzi featured in 444 games and scored 44 times. His last outing came in Milan’s 2-0 home win against Monza on MD38 of the 2024-25 campaign.

“Thank you, Ale, for seeing something special in that little kid on the pitch 17 years ago.”
Florenzi added: “You and the WSA family have been, are, and always will be an essential part of my life, not only my footballing one.
“Finally, I want to thank all those who have accompanied me on this long journey, especially the people who work quietly behind the scenes: each of you has left a mark on me.
“Without you, I wouldn’t be the person I am today. Thank you again, my friend: today we say goodbye, but you will always be a part of me.”
What Trophies Did Alessandro Florenzi Win?
