The latest Christian Pulisic transfer news has indicated that the Milan star is considering his San Siro future.
Pulisic has been a standout performer for the Rossoneri this season in what has been a largely disappointing campaign for the Italian giants.
Widely considered as one of the USMNT’s greatest ever players, Pulisic could well be on his way after the Diavolo finished outside of the European spots this season.
Should he stay, ‘Captain America’ will be playing under Max Allegri in 2025-26. Former head coach Sergio Conceicao was dismissed owing to Milan’s poor campaign.
Christian Pulisic Transfer News
Those who track the best offshore sportsbooks will already have seen the prices shifting on Christian Pulisic to sign for a new club this summer.
The player himself has posted a seven-word response on social media which strongly suggests he is mulling over his options ahead of the new campaign.
Pulisic wrote: “Not our best season, hungry for more.” The statement has something of a cryptic meaning but the last three words leave a lot to be desired.
After a brilliant individual season, Pulisic will want to play European soccer in 2025-26. All in all, the 26-year-old scored a career-best of 17 goals in the last campaign. He also registered 12 assists.
Will Christian Pulisic Quit Milan?
That question will be firmly on the minds of supporters and everybody associated with Milan. Christian Pulisic is yet to confirm whether he will leave the San Siro or not.
Various Italian soccer outlets are suggesting he could stay for one more season. Simply owing to Max Allegri’s appointment on May 30.
It’s Allegri’s second stint with the club. The 57-year-old was in charge between 2010-2014 and won the Scudetto as well as the Supercoppa Italiana. Both wins occurred in 2011.
Nonetheless, Pulisic was set to sign a new AC Milan contract with a pay rise. However, the USMNT hero is not yet going to pen new terms until he knows his long term future.
Who Could Christian Pulisic Sign For?
Christian Pulisic could sign for a number of top clubs across Europe. The former Borussia Dortmund and Chelsea star certainly isn’t short of admirers.
A viable option would be to move to Milan’s rivals, Juventus. The Old Lady already boast USMNT stars Weston McKennie and Timothy Weah on their roster. Plus they’ve secured UCL soccer.
However, the Rossoneri would likely want Pulisic to move abroad rather than another Serie A club. A return to the English Premier League is another stern possibility.
Clubs such as Liverpool, Arsenal and even Newcastle would make ideal suitors. So to could Tottenham, considering they also have UCL soccer next season.
Something of which can’t be ruled out is a move to any of the top teams in Spain, France and Germany. Furthermore, a switch to the MLS isn’t to be dismissed. Especially if David Beckham’s Inter Miani come calling.
The Herons already have the likes of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Sergio Busquets in their ranks. Something of which would be hard for Pulisic to refuse.
