Ivan Perisic has verbally agreed a move to Inter Milan ahead of scheduled talks between the Nerazzurri and PSV Eindhoven.
Speculation between Inter and Perisic has been going on for a few weeks and things are intensifying between the two parties.
Nicolo Schira reiterated that Perisic has already “given his availability” to return to Inter in the January transfer window.
The next step is for Inter and PSV to engage in direct talks over a six-month loan switch for the Croatia wing-back.

Ivan Perisic is an Inter legend, having made 254 appearances for the Nerazzurri and winning three trophies.
The 36-year-old has been at PSV since 2024, but it looks as though he’s ready to re-join his former club.

Meanwhile, Sky Sport Italia have reported that Inter must wait until PSV find out their UEFA Champions League fate.
Peter Bosz’s side take on German giants Bayern Munich in a must-win final-day clash on Wednesday.
Anything other than three points would likely spell the end of PSV’s European journey this season.
The Dutch giants could change their mind on Perisic if they fail to reach the Champions League knockout stages.
