Fiorentina’s crisis has reached such a point that now, with the transfer window reopening, a total overhaul of Vanoli’s squad cannot be ruled out. In fact, Fabio Paratici could decide to sacrifice some big names who are not performing as expected. Among these is Moise Kean, who has scored four goals in the first seventeen Serie A matches and one goal in the Conference League. Moise may be targeted by other clubs looking to strengthen their attack. Paris FC had shown interest, but their offer was rejected. Now there are rumours of interest from Milan and Roma. Could Kean be a last-minute opportunity, perhaps on loan until June? Certainly, given that Paratici had already sold him to Everton when he was Juventus’ sporting director in 2019.

Juventus and the David Dilemma. Trial Period Over?

The missed penalty against Lecce could prove decisive for Jonathan David. It is possible that the parties are already heading towards a sensational divorce. The Canadian arrived in the summer to take the place of Dusan Vlahovic. David had signed a five-year contract worth almost £6 million net per season. His start, scoring immediately in his first league game against Parma, had suggested a great deal, but just three goals in 24 appearances in all competitions have opened up a rift in his relationship with Juve and the fans that may be irreparable.

There are two solutions. Either sell the player permanently for no less than €30 million or loan him out for six months with his wages paid by the new club. A possible destination for David could be Atlético Madrid, even in a swap deal: the Canadian to Spain and the Norwegian Sorloth to Juventus.

Evan Ferguson, the Experiment That Failed. Roma Ready to Hit Reset

Evan Ferguson’s (short) adventure with Roma seems to have come to an end. The Irish centre forward is preparing to return to Brighton. Ferguson’s season so far has been lacklustre, except for a few rare flashes of brilliance. Complicating matters is a relationship with Gasperini that never took off, with the coach preferring Dybala and Baldanzi in the false nine role. Ferguson is expected to end his adventure in Serie A six months early. However, even his return to Brighton is likely to be only temporary, as Real Betis, who had already sought him out in the summer, are interested and could now really bring him to Andalusia.
