Moise Kean is considering a new deal at Fiorentina despite rumors over a move away from Serie A during the January window.

Moise Kean Ready To Make Fiorentina Commitment

The Italian international could be in line to sign a new deal in Fiorentina after coming off the bench to score a 91st minute winner against Cremonese.

Kean bundled the ball home from after a superb delivery from Manor Solomon who impressed on his Fiorentina debut and continued the Italian’s strong run of form.

Kean has struggled to meet the standards from last season, which saw the Italian striker score 19 Serie A goals and this has coincided with Fiorentina’s horrific start to the season.

La Viola moved up to 19th in the table after their victory over Cremonese, with the Florence-based side sitting bottom of Serie A for the majority of this season.

Fiorentina failed to win any of their opening 15 league matches before picking up two victories from their last three and Kean has registered just two league goals.

The 25-year-old has increased this tally to five after scoring three goals in his last three appearances and Kean is now ready to consider a new deal in Florence – claiming he must repay Fiorentina.

Kean said: “Nobody likes being rock bottom, especially not a club like Fiorentina. We must keep working and try to do more. The club has always helped me, so now it is my turn to repay them for that.

“I want to tell the fans that we certainly cannot get out of this situation alone. If we all stick together, then we can do it, and I’m sure a city like Florence can give us so much.”

These words will be reassuring to Fiorentina supporters, as Kean has reportedly attracted heavy interest from across Europe – including multiple Premier League sides.

Premier League Sides Target Moise Kean

During the summer transfer window, Moise Kean was one of the hottest topics around and was being heavily monitored by Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal.

The Italian’s current deal in Florence includes a €62 million release clause, which is only available between  July 1st to July 15th – which was being considered by the likes of Manchester United.

However, after this two-week period came to an end Fiorentina were unwilling to consider any offers below €70m and this deterred any interested party.

Manchester United are reportedly maintaining their interest in Kean for 2026, as Joshua Zirkzee continues to be linked with a move away from Old Trafford.

The Dutchman has been strongly linked with Roma, but Zirkzee’s move is at risk after Manchester United parted ways with Ruben Amorim.

Chelsea are also keeping Kean on their shortlist after Liam Delap’s poor start to the season and Tottenham may enter the race in the summer.
