The Luciano Spalletti salary has been revealed ahead of the 66-year-old’s unveiling as Igor Tudor’s replacement in Turin.

Spalletti verbally agreed to become the new Juventus manager on October 29. He is expected to sign a deal until June with the option to extend should a Champions League finish be achieved this term.

As it stands, the Bianconeri are languishing in 8th place in the Serie A standings. Spalletti is expected at the Allianz Stadium for the matchday 9 clash against Udinese.

However, soccer supporters will be curious to know how much the former Napoli and Azzurri boss is set to pocket at Juve? Furthermore, how does it compare to the rest of Italy’s highest-paid bosses?

Luciano Spalletti Salary – How Much Will He Earn At Juventus?

Various sources across Italy all claim that the Luciano Spalletti salary at Juventus will see the 66-year-old bank €3million until the end of the 2025-26 campaign.

That is understood to be the same figure as Igor Tudor who signed a deal until 2027 before his dismissal. However, the Croatian’s salary in Turin was never made official.

Thiago Motta – who was fired in March of this year – was reportedly earning €3.5m per season. He and Tudor are still being paid off and it’s believed it will cost the Bianconeri approximately €27m.

Naturally, the Old Lady have protected themselves somewhat with the impending appointment of Spalletti. He will only join until the end of the season but can extend if a top-four finish is achieved.

Serie A’s Highest Paid Managers 2025-26

The Luciano Spalletti salary is below a trio of head coaches in Serie A. Unsurprisingly, Napoli boss Antonio Conte claims top spot. The Gli Azzurri manager signed a new deal in the summer worth €8m a year.

Milan’s Max Allegri and Roma’s Gian Piero Gasperini complete the podium spots. Both head coaches earn a wage of €5m per year. Both only joined the respective clubs in the summer.

There are three bosses who earn €3m a season – including Spalletti. 2024-25 Coppa Italia winner Vincenzo Italiano (Bologna) and Fiorentina boss Stefano Pioli earn that figure.

Cristian Chivu – who moved to Inter Milan from Parma in the off season – earns €2.5m. That is the same as Lazio head coach Maurizio Sarri.

Who Will Luciano Spalletti Face In His First Juventus Game?

With Luciano Spalletti expected to be announced as the new Juventus manager in the next 24 hours, his first game in charge will come against Cremonese on November 1.

The matchday 10 clash provides the perfect opportunity for Spalletti to get off to a winning start. However, the Grigiorossi have only lost once in the league this season and our Serie A predictions forecast a draw against Genoa on matchday 9.

Interestingly, the 2024-25 Serie B playoff winners recorded a fine 2-1 win against AC Milan on the season opener. Something of which Spalletti will be reminding his players about.

Until then, the former Italy and Napoli boss will be in the stands for Wednesday’s home match against Udinese. Interim head coach Massimo Brambilla will be in the dugout at the Allianz Arena.
