Parma Target Serbian Star To Replace Ange-Yoan Bonny

Start

The latest Mihailo Ivanovic transfer news has revealed that Parma has made an approach for the Millwall forward.

New Crociati head coach Carlos Cuesta is keen to add to his attack ahead of his maiden campaign at the Stadio Ennio Tardini. The Spaniard has only been with the Serie A side since June.

Cuesta spent the last five years working as Mikel Arteta’s assistant at Arsenal. The former’s time in England saw him draw up a list of potential players he would like to bring with him to the Emiliani once he left the Gunners.

Ivanovic was one such player after his exploits in the EFL Championship in 2024-25. The Serbian forward has only been with the south Londoners for one season and was their record signing at the time.

Mihailo Ivanovic Transfer News

After impressing for Millwall, Mihailo Ivanovic has been very much in demand this summer. English Premier League duo Everton and Wolves have been keeping tabs on the 20-year-old prospect.

The Toffees have released a number of players and are looking to add more firepower in attack. Roma have been linked with the recently-released Dominic Calvert-Lewin so replacing him with Ivanovic is high on the agenda.

Meanwhile, the Old Gold is still targeting a feasible replacement for Matheus Cunha. The Brazilian joined Man United in June with Fer Lopez and Jorgen Strand Larsen the only summer acquisitions at Molineux.

Why Do Parma Want Mihailo Ivanovic?

Parma is in the market for a new forward after losing Ange-Yoan Bonny to Inter. The France Under 21 star moved to the San Siro for an initial fee of €23million on July 5.

Therefore, new head coach Carlos Cuesta will be able to replenish his attacking front with the funds received from the sale of Bonny to the Nerazzurri.

Their attentions have turned to Mihailo Ivanovic as a suitable replacement who can help the Crociati to Serie A survival once again. Something of which Bonny’s goals did last year after promotion from Serie B in 2023-24.

How Many Goals Did Mihailo Ivanovic Score For Millwall?

Mihailo Ivanovic scored an impressive 13 goals in 40 appearances across all competitions for Millwall in 2024-25. 12 of those strikes came in the EFL Championship as the Lions narrowly missed out on the play-offs.

The safest online betting sites are favoring Ivanovic to leave the Den before the transfer window shuts in September. Interestingly, he already has Italian soccer experience with Sampdoria.

Ivanovic made one senior appearance in Serie A whilst on loan at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium in 2022-23. Across his career, the 20-year-old has scored 23 goals in 89 appearances. Ivanovic also won his first Serbia cap in November 2024.
