Taty Castellanos has thanked Lazio and their supporters on Instagram after completing a permanent move to West Ham United.

On Monday, Lazio confirmed that Castellanos has joined West Ham in a permanent deal reportedly worth €29m.
The 27-year-old leaves after 98 appearances, 22 goals and 16 assists, having arrived from New York City FC in 2023.
Although Castellanos’ time at Lazio has been relatively short, he made it clear that it will forever remain in his heart.
In a post shared on Instagram, Castellanos admitted “it’s never easy to say goodbye”. He said he leaves “with the peace of having given everything”.
He described wearing the Lazio shirt as “a real honour”, adding that living the club from the inside allowed him to feel the emotion “in every moment”.
Castellanos thanked Lazio’s directors, teammates and staff, before singling out supporters for their backing during his spell in Serie A.
He ended by telling fans they have “left a mark” on him and wrote that he will remain “forever a Laziale”.

Lazio, in their own statement, thanked Castellanos for his contribution and wished him and his family the best for the future.
Who could replace Castellanos at Lazio
With Castellanos leaving Lazio, finding a replacement will be a key priority for the central Italian club.
Lazio like Andrea Pinamonti, with the Biancocelesti said to have identified the Sassuolo striker as a realistic target.
Atletico Madrid’s Giacomo Raspadori also interests Lazio. They apparently want to try and sign him from under Roma’s noses.
Real Sociedad’s Mikel Oyarzabal and Gonzalo Panichelli of Alaves have also emerged on the rumour mill.
Lazio’s decision could be shaped by timing, with the club aware they cannot afford to waste time during a short window.
With fixtures piling up, Lazio must act quickly to replace a key player like Castellanos.
