Adrien Rabiot to miss Juventus tour

Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot is set to miss the clubs pre-season tour of the USA. No official reason has been given for the decision, amidst reports the player had previously requested to leave the club.

A report from The Telegraph earlier this summer suggested the Frenchman and his agent/mother had informed the Bianconeri that he wished to leave Turin this summer.

His preferred move was reportedly to the Premier League, and with less than 12 months left on his Juve contract, he was expected to be sold.

Goal Italia’s Romeo Agresti reports that Rabiot will miss the US tour but the decision is not related to the transfer market and he is not injured.
