Brooke Norton-Cuffy not long ago was everywhere.
For weeks, he was one of the most talked-about names on the Italian market, linked with Juventus, AC Milan and Inter.
Then, silence.
The Genoa winger didn’t play in the last league match against Parma because of a muscle problem.
The medical staff are more concerned about the condition of the Rossoblù number 15, and it looks like that’s the only issue.
Minor Injury, No Major Concern for Genoa
The player had all the necessary tests during the week, which the manager was happy about as there were no injuries.
His right leg is still causing him some discomfort, so he’s been training on his own as a precaution.
He’s just had a great run in the Under-21 European Championship, so he has become really popular in Italy, and Milan reportedly is interested in him too.
At this point, the player would be better suited to June, but there’s still some strong competition.
Genoa think their player is worth around €15-20 million. He’s played in 19 league and Coppa Italia games this season and scored in the away match in Udine.
