Juventus will be submitting an offer to Liverpool for Federico Chiesa in the ‘next hours’, according to reports from Italy.
Speculation involving Juventus and Chiesa has been intensifying in recent weeks, with the Bianconeri eager to strengthen their attacking ranks.
Meanwhile, Chiesa remains on the fringes of Arne Slot’s squad, despite Liverpool being without Alexander Isak and Mohamed Salah.

Chiesa joined Liverpool from Juventus in 2024, but talk of a Serie A comeback has grown this month.
The Italy international has struggled for regular minutes at Anfield and is understood to be open to a return to Turin.

Juventus’ preferred formula is an initial loan with conditions that would turn the move into an obligation to buy.

Liverpool reportedly want a straight transfer and a fee in the region of €12m-€15m, rather than a simple loan.
That gap is the key issue, but Juventus believe add-ons and clear guarantees could bring the Reds to the table.
The Turin club hope that presenting a firm package, rather than an informal enquiry, will speed up talks in the ‘next hours’.
There has also been speculation involving Thiago Almada and Juventus as a Chiesa alternative.
Why this move would appeal to all sides
For Juventus, Chiesa would add pace and direct running on the wing, along with experience in Serie A and Europe.
They are also looking for mid-season signings that fit within tight spending limits, making a loan-to-buy route attractive.
For Chiesa, more playing time would help his push to be involved with Italy ahead of 2026 World Cup qualifying.
Juve need to reach a salary agreement with the former Fiorentina player.
While it hasn’t been fully fleshed out yet, the feeling is that the parties’ mutual interests could easily reach an agreement
