Juventus are reportedly considering a move for Atletico Madrid forward Thiago Almada.
The Bianconeri are currently looking to strengthen their attacking ranks in pursuit of a Serie A top-four finish.
Juventus like Federico Chiesa, but it remains to be seen whether Liverpool will be willing to let the Italian leave in January.
Therefore, Thiago has emerged as a potential alternative to the player Juve sold to Liverpool in 2024.
Juventus considering Thiago Almada proposal amid Atletico Madrid struggles
Several intermediaries have proposed Thiago to Juventus officials this week, according to Sportitalia.
The Bianconeri are now reportedly considering him as an alternative to the return of Chiesa from Liverpool.
Thiago only joined Atletico Madrid last summer, arriving from Botafogo for around €21m.
However, the 24-year-old Argentine has struggled for game time, clocking up just under 600 minutes of soccer.

Thiago has made 16 appearances for the Spanish capital side, but just five have been starts.
Diego Simeone has reportedly made him available for loan in order to get more first-team minutes.
For now, it appears to just be a proposal, but should Juve fail to sign Chiesa, they could potentially revisit this lead.
What Thiago Almada could bring to Juventus
Thiago is a versatile attacker who has played mostly on the left wing of late, but his best and most natural position is at No.10.
He is comfortable in tight spaces, can pick out different types of passes, and can change speed quickly to beat a marker or create space.
Thiago also works hard without the ball. He is willing to press, track back, and do the less glamorous defensive jobs when needed.
Because of his sharp movement and close control, he has been compared to Manchester City’s Bernardo Silva, as per Into The Calderon.
For Luciano Spalletti’s Juventus, Thiago could become a key link between midfield and attack, receiving on the half-turn and sliding clever passes into runners.
He would also give Juventus another way to break down deep defences, adding creativity when games get slow or crowded around the box.
In other Bianconeri news, Juventus have come to an agreement with former head coach Igor Tudor over his contract with the club.
