Italian Press Could Force Christian Pulisic AC Milan Exit After Sydney Sweeney Dating Rumors

Christian Pulisic has endured a turbulent Christmas period owing to the Sydney Sweeney dating rumors that have circulated in recent days.
La Gazetta dello Sport claimed that the AC Milan star and Hollywood A-lister had become an item over the last few weeks.
However, Pulisic quickly played down the gossip and even fired back at the Italian media. That in itself has further raised the question whether the press could force his Rossoneri exit.

Christian Pulisic And Sydney Sweeney Dating Rumors
On December 27, it was reported that Christian Pulisic and Sydney Sweeney were dating. The AC Milan star was not at all entertained and quashed the hearsay.
“Please stop with the made up stories about my personal life. Need to hold sources accountable it can affect people’s lives,” Pulisic posted on his Instagram story.
He also added a comment on the same social media platform reaffirming the tittle-tattle : “Fake news guys, let’s stop with the silly rumor.”
Pulisic’s long-term future at the San Siro is already very much up for debate owing to his stop-start contract talks. Milan supporters will be hoping he stays but rumors of such nature will potentially see him question his next move.
Interestingly, the Italian press praised Christopher Nkunku after his two-goal haul in the recent Rossoneri win against Hellas Verona. Something of which Pulisic will want to welcome once again as he continues to shine on the pitch.
Does Christian Pulisic Have A Girlfriend?
Perhaps one of the main reasons that Christian Pulisic hit back was down to the fact that he actually does have a girlfriend. The AC Milan maestro is dating golfer Alexa Melton.
Pulisic even pulled out an ‘A’ celebration in reference to her. That came after he netted in the 3-0 victory over Hellas Verona on December 28.
It’s believed that Pulisic and Melton have been an item since August 2024. They went ‘Instagram official’ soon after and Pulisic has liked a number of her IG posts. They have even performed TikToks together, too.
From Sydney Sweeney’s perspective, she has been linked with Scooter Braun. The pair were spotted together at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez‘s summer wedding in Italy. They have also been seen hanging out in New York City.
Sweeney has remained silent on the rumors with Pulisic and now, it’s with good reason. The Euphoria star is often linked with soccer players but doesn’t react to any gossip online or in print.

AC Milan Contract Talks
With a new Christian Pulisic contract on the table, AC Milan will be hoping to tie down their star man. Especially after the Sydney Sweeney dating rumors clearly upset the USMNT captain.
Pulisic’s main demand from the Rossoneri is for a higher yearly salary. Something of which is seemingly justified after his superb form for the Serie A giants.
Only Lautaro Martinez has more goal involvements than Pulisic since the American signed for Milan in 2023. As it stands, Pulisic has 50 compared to Martinez’s 53.
Whether or not Pulisic does commit to Max Allegri’s side remains to be seen. Nonetheless, the 27-year-old won’t tolerate unverified reports about his personal life.
Pulisic still has 18 months to run on his current deal. Once the dust settles on the Sweeney gossip, ‘Captain America’ and his entourage can re-discuss terms with the Serie A giants.
However, any further intrusions around his relationship status won’t help. Therefore, AC will be hopeful he’ll sign on the dotted line if no more rumors circulate.
