Maurizio Sarri wants to bring Chelsea full-back Emerson Palmieri to Lazio this summer, and the Blues are considering a sale. The 27-year-old is reportedly not in the plans of Chelsea coach Thomas Tuchel for next season.
Italian journalist Nicolo Schira reports that Sarri is pushing to bring the Italian international to Rome, reuniting with him after their time at Chelsea.
Schira also reports that talks with Chelsea are well underway while reports in England suggest his price tag could be around £15m.
Emerson has been in London since 2017 but has barely featured over the last 4 seasons, spending the 2021-22 season on loan with Ligue 1 side Lyon.
