Salernitana are set to announce the signing of Greek international centre-back Kostas Manolas as a free-agent. The winter transfer window may have officially closed on February 1st, but clubs continue to scour the market for free agents who could bolster their squads. Among the late acquisitions is Salernitana’s signing of 32-year-old Manolas, a former stalwart for Roma and Napoli. The club, now under the stewardship of manager Filippo Inzaghi, sees Manolas as a vital addition to enhance their defensive capabilities.
Having touched down in the heart of Campania, Manolas is poised to put pen to paper and finalize his contract with the Granata.
