Lille centre-back Sven Botman has confirmed he’s in talks with Milan but the deal isn’t completed yet. The 22=year-old has been closely linked with a move to the Rossoneri in recent months with some suggestions in the Italian press that a deal was already complete.
Speaking to ESPN.nl while on international duty, Botman confirmed the talks:
Negotiations with Milan? We are working on it. It’s difficult for me to get away from things at the moment, I hear something about this situation almost every day. Things are progressing and I hope there will be more clarity before the pre-season training camp starts.”
The Dutch international has spent two seasons with Lille, scoring 3 goals in 79 appearances and winning Ligue 1 and League Cup titles.
