Teoman Gunduz Juventus: Deal Done In No Time
Teoman Gunduz is the latest addition to the Juventus Next Gen squad.
The deal is official, and he’s signed a contract that’ll keep him at Juventus until June 30, 2028.

From Triestina to Juventus Next Gen
He was born in Berlin in June 2004 but of Turkish nationality.
Gunduz grew up in the Hertha Berlin youth academy before moving to Italy in September 2023, when he started his professional career with the team from the Friuli capital.
The Turkish player is following in the footsteps of his compatriot Kenan Yildiz in an attempt to climb the ranks and reach the first team as soon as possible.
He has played in 19 games and scored six goals for Triestina this season.
Gunduz is a central midfielder who’s quite different from Yildiz. He hurt his left cruciate ligament in 2024, but since then he seems to have recovered, keeping up his standards and getting himself established in Serie C.
Gunduz is a targeted investment. The deal has already been finalized in every detail and includes financial compensation for the Alabardati club, even though the player’s contract expires in June 2026.
Why Gunduz Fits the Juventus Project
Gunduz is the ideal modern attacking midfielder. He’s creative and valuable in today’s football.
His unique skill is his natural talent for playing with both feet, which makes him hard to predict and difficult to defend against.
He can dribble and shoot with the same ease with both his right and left foot.
When it comes to tactics, he likes to dance between the lines, behind the strikers, in the classic finishing zone where he can spark the game and make things happen.
But saying he’s just a “number 10” would be too simple.
He’s got a strong physical presence, knows how to hold his own in duels, and brings intensity to the game.
These qualities make him a good fit for the attacking midfielder position in a three-man midfield.
