Juventus youngster Nicolo Rovella is set to join Monza on loan with the official announcement due very soon. The 20-year-old featured from the bench last night in the Bianconeri’s 3-0 victory over Sassuolo and put in an impressive cameo.
Despite the solid display, Rovella is now poised to join newly promoted Monza on loan for the remainder of the season, with an announcement expected today.
TuttoJuve report that the deal was actually concluded last weekend, however Juve’s lack of midfield options meant that he remained in Turin for the opening fixture to ensure the Bianconeri had cover in the centre of the pitch.
The loan move will not include any options to sign Rovella and the young star is expected to return to Turin next summer to vie for a spot in the squad.
