Juventus have reportedly joined the race for Feyenoord midfielder Quinten Timber, a player who has been offered to Napoli.

The Bianconeri are in pursuit of midfield reinforcements during the January transfer window.
Juventus executive Damien Comolli wants at least one new midfielder this winter after misjudging the situation in summer.
The Bianconeri have been linked with a host of midfielders, such as Marseille’s Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Inter’s Davide Frattesi.
The likes of Leon Goretzka, Xaver Schlager, Morten Hjulmand, Kobbie Mainoo and Bernardo Silva are also reportedly on Juve’s radar.
Tuttosport has now reported on the Bianconeri’s midfield pursuit, with Timber a fairly new name in the mix.
Juventus have reportedly discussed Timber internally while assessing midfield needs and balancing cost against immediate impact.
The report claims Timber could appeal to Luciano Spalletti as his style of play is deemed similar to that of Frattesi, Juve’s key target.
However, Juve are unlikely to have a free run at the 24-year-old Netherlands international.
Timber’s representatives have reportedly been offering the Dutchman to several clubs, including Napoli, in recent weeks.
Napoli, like Juve, are seeking more depth in midfield, but there is no indication of formal negotiations over Timber.
Timber’s Feyenoord contract expires in June 2026, which should make him a relatively low-cost option for suitors.

Timber is a modern box-to-box midfielder who combines ball carrying with defensive work and quick transitions.
He has scored 21 goals in 121 appearances for the Rotterdam club, including four goals in 20 games this season.
FBref scouting reports highlight his progressive carrying and take-ons, alongside steady progressive passing for a midfielder in his role.
Timber also grades strongly for goals per 90 and touches in the attacking penalty area compared with his peers.
A tactical breakdown of Feyenoord under Arne Slot noted Timber stepping up in midfield to support pressing traps and recoveries.
He also boasts power when driving forward, often turning carries into passes that move play into the final third.
Juve and Napoli would also be getting themselves a leader, with Timber captaining Feyenoord during the 2024/25 season.
