Juventus Target Youssef En-Nesyri As Alternative To Jean-Philippe Mateta
The 28-year-old has scored 38 times in 77 appearances for the Yellow Canaries.

Youssef En-Nesyri has been earmarked by Juventus if the Old Lady is unsuccessful in their pursuit of Jean-Philippe Mateta.
En-Nesyri is set to return to current employers Fenerbahce this week after the conclusion of the AFCON final on Sunday. The Moroccan forward has been told he can leave the Super Lig side this month.
That has alerted a number of clubs which includes the Bianconeri. A loan deal for En-Nesyri is the most likely outcome with an option to buy at the end of the season.

Although Napoli want Youssef En-Nesyri, Juventus believe they can win the race for the 28-year-old star. That includes beating Everton to his signature, too.
The English Premier League outfit and Serie A title rivals are both keen on the AFCON runner-up. However, Juve would guarantee En-Nesyri more game time.
Especially as Jonathan David and Lois Openda have struggled since making their moves to Turin and Dusan Vlahovic is out injured. En-Nesyri has proven his worth in Turkey and with Sevilla in LaLiga.
Head coach Luciano Spalletti is a strong admirer of the Morocco international and believes he has the ability to succeed in Italy’s elite.
Meanwhile, Benfica, Sunderland, Aston Villa and even Real Madrid have also been linked with En-Nesyri. Nonetheless, their interest is understood to be cooling with alternative forwards identified.

Jean-Philippe Mateta’s Juventus transfer is gathering pace, but it hit a small stumbling block over the weekend as Crystal Palace rejected the Bianconeri’s opening loan bid with an option to buy if UCL soccer is secured.
Italian media reports that club directors are re-negotiating with Palace to strike a deal. If an agreement can’t be reached, then the Old Lady will put their full focus on acquiring Youssef En-Nesyri.
In fact, it’s not beyond the realm of possibility that both Mateta and En-Nesyri can be signed this month. The temporary signing of the Moroccan is straight forward enough but luring Mateta is proving more tricky.
The south Londoners are demanding approximately €35-40million for the France forward. Parting with a sizable fee isn’t the problem, Mateta’s entourage are demanding hefty commissions which are raising a few eyebrows.
CEO Damien Comolli may not want to be held to ransom so having En-Nesyri on standby is considered a sensible option.
