Inter Milan Will Not Sell Pio Esposito As Premier League Interest Ramps Up

According to the latest Pio Esposito transfer news, Inter Milan will reject all offers for their star forward. 

Esposito is widely considered as one of Europe’s hottest properties after bursting onto the scene at the San Siro this season.

The 20-year-old already has a number of admirers and according to Alfredo Pedulla, Premier League clubs are beginning to circle.

Pedulla suggests that England’s elite are already considering bids in the region of €80million. However, Inter will not entertain any offers.

During the matchday 7 Champions League clash against Arsenal at the San Siro, Pio Esposito impressed Gunners supporters after coming off the bench in the 3-1 loss.

Although he didn’t score, fans turned to social media to ask whether he was for sale after his glowing cameo. Esposito is firmly on the north Londoners radar alongside a number of other league rivals.

Arsenal’s interest in Esposito is understood to be matched by the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham and both Manchester clubs. Even Newcastle and Aston Villa are keeping tabs.

As warming as the attention is, Inter Milan will not part ways with their prodigy. Esposito is very much the Nerazzurri’s new poster boy and has already formed a strong partnership with Lautaro Martinez.

The 20-year-old is a fundamental part of Inter’s long-term plans. The Serie A giants firmly believe Esposito can bring success to the club domestically and in Europe.

Furthermore, Oaktree Capital are convinced that Esposito can help the Nerazzurri’s global reach. And therefore, will not cash-in on their most prized asset.

Will Pio Esposito Sign A New Contract?

With the 2025-26 season well past the halfway stage, it is understood that Inter Milan will soon sit down with Pio Esposito’s entourage about signing a new long-term deal.

The Azzurri forward only penned extended terms in April 2025 but Inter wants to further reward him owing to his sensational rise and continued excellence on the pitch.

His current deal expires in 2030 and according to Capology, Esposito banks approximately €1.8m per year. That equated to €35k per week.

If the young forward was to be offered new terms, he can expect a huge increase on his current salary. Lautaro Martinez is Inter’s highest earner – taking home around €16m each year.

Esposito certainly won’t be offered that much but a fee in the region of €5-7m would be just. That would put him on par with the likes of Denzel Dumfries and Federico Dimarco.

As it stands, the 20-year-old sensation has made no indication that he is thinking of quitting the Nerazzurri. Therefore, penning new and improved terms is the most likely outcome.
