Juventus Accept Liverpool’s Federico Chiesa Obligation To Buy Demand

Juventus are plotting an offer for Federico Chiesa which will finally give Liverpool what they want, according to reports.
Speculation linking Chiesa and Juventus has been intensifying as the Bianconeri look to strengthen ahead of a renewed Scudetto push.
Chiesa has been struggling for consistent minutes at Liverpool, and discussions over a return to Serie A are ongoing.
Juventus now willing to sign Federico Chiesa on loan with obligation to buy
Juve know Federico Chiesa very well, as he shone for them ahead of his move to Liverpool. Meanwhile, the player himself is open to the move.
However, Liverpool will only let him go on their terms and will not simply offload him, according to Calciomercato.
Juventus attempted to sign Chiesa either on a straight loan or an option to buy, but the Reds reportedly rejected this.
The Reds are apparently only willing to sell Chiesa on a permanent basis, meaning Juve will have to compromise.
Now, the report claims Juve are now planning to make a loan offer for Chiesa which involves an obligation to buy.
This would ‘almost certainly find fertile ground’ among the management of the reigning English champions.
How Juventus plan to finance Chiesa signing
If Juve do go all out for Federico Chiesa, they will need to raise funds in order to make it happen.
The report claims Juventus are mainly looking at a permanent sale of Portuguese forward Joao Mario.
He is said to be attracting interest from Crystal Palace and clubs in Portugal.
Juventus like Oscar Mingueza and could bring him in to replace Mario, but that move is more likely to be considered in the summer.

Another option is sending Vasilije Adzic out on loan. However, the Montenegro striker is pushing to stay in Turin and fight for his place.
Lois Openda, meanwhile, is not expected to leave the Allianz Stadium in the January transfer window.
He has already played for two clubs this season, Leipzig and Juventus, and his Juventus deal includes an obligation to buy if the Bianconeri finish in the league’s top 10.
Among the other possible sales mentioned is Federico Gatti, although the defender would prefer to remain at the club.
Selling Teun Koopmeiners would be the most radical option to raise funds, but it is seen as highly unlikely.
Juventus would need at least €35.8m to avoid a major capital loss on him.
